Hi there

Is it normal to have bit of red mixed with discharge every time I have bowel movement? It happened 3 days in a row. Should I increase my progesterone intake😅

That would really be a hard one to tell honestly. But would advise letting your doctor/clinic know and they can advise better. I am slightly a head of you 11DP 3DT experiencing cramps throughout

That used to happen to me in the week running up to my period (not when I was on an ivf cycle though). I mentioned it to my clinic and they told me not to worry but I felt like they were a bit dismissive and I never got an explanation of what caused it. If it’s happening to you during a cycle whilst on progesterone then I would mention it to your clinic to be on the safe side.

I have had this for years as well. Had it all investigated 4x over the years and always the same verdict - presumed hormonal. Have you managed to achieve a natural pregnancy and/or IVF pregnancy? Having been trying for a while now and about to start IVF, I am assuming the bleeding is due to early decline in progesterone (my 21d is 27, which is below the recommended 30), which is what is stopping me getting pregnant. I always wonder if that is really the case, though.

Iv had this in the past too so its good to know it does happen, bt now im 2 days past transfer its scaring me

This is has been happening to me from the same 8dpt. I have stopped straining during a bowel movement and it seems to be helping reduce it. I spoke to my clinic about it and they said it is likely to be the embryo implanting and womb stretching. It seems to have gone now. I am 5 weeks +4.

I am straining when it happens i think i will stop straining maybe that will help

Iv had this today , im worried when I rang the dr she said if it turns to heavy bleed call back.
