When counting the days do you include transfer day as day 1? Or is it day 1 from the day after transfer?

Day 1 is the day after transfer.....its usually called 1 day post 5 day transfer - 1dp5dt. Hope that helps.xx

Lovely thank you, I know people say the 1dp5dt I just wasn’t sure when day 1 would of started from haha xx
