Hi everyone ☺ I have been going through IVF long protocol. l had the visibility scan yesterday at 6+4. Doctor could see everything plus a heart rate of 122. However, she told me the sac and embryo is in 5+4 (1 week younger than expected). There was a decent blood lining around the sac which she said maybe the reason of not letting the sac growing. She increased my vaginally pessaries from 6 a day to 8 and 2 orally as well (10 a day). I was thinking to ask the doctor for blood thiner like fragmin. Did anyone have an experience like this? Does anyone know any alternative that may assist with development and reducing the blood lining? Any advice would much appreciated.

I'm not sure that blood thinners would be a good idea, if you have what's called a chorionic or subchorionic haematoma they might just cause bleeding. I hope the progesterone helps - I don't have any advice unfortunately, when I had a similar situation it ended in a miscarriage. I really hope everything is ok for you and I'm sorry you're having to deal with such a stressful time xx
