Hi, I’m wondering if anyone would like this book? I’m happy to stick it in the post for free to anyone in the UK. I found it a worthwhile read but it’s a bit too intense for me. Be warned that you may become obsessed with avoiding plastic, beauty products and sugar if you read this! X
