McDonald’s fries post FET transfer

Hi

I’ve just had my FET transfer today and wondering how many had McDonald’s french fries ? I’ve googled and read it helps with implantation?

I read that too and although I’m pretty sure it’s just an old wives tale I thought it couldn’t hurt so had them anyway and had a successful round!

I’ve read it too and done it after all 3 of my transfers. I’m also pretty sure it’s an old wives tale but didn’t think it would hurt... 1st cycle BFN, 2nd cycle BFP and 3rd cycle TBC!!

Did you have it on the same day as transfer? Good luck for last cycle!

Yes! We always leave the clinic and have one on our way home it’s become part of the routine!! 😂

Well its probably a myth but can't hurt right? 😆 I had a big mac and fries post transfer and got a bfp... maybe they were related?!?

I did 🙋‍♀️ and it was lucky for us 🤞

Also it tasted soooo good after being healthy for so long! It was very well justified 🤣 good luck xx

I have heard about McDonald’s fries too but I didn’t actually try it.

Personally I have heard a lot about eating pineapple. After my transfer I had one tin of pineapple and the next day I had pineapple too. After that during the 2ww I tried having pineapple but I felt sick of pineapple.

But both times I had BFP.

Sadly one ended in miscarriage but second I am currently pregnant with.

An old wives tale but I did it anyway with my husband post transfer. Got myself a wee McChicken Sandwich meal but substituted the fizzy drink for pure orange juice. Currently 37 weeks! It was more a wee treat than anything, and marked the end of our treatment. Definitely don’t think it made any difference, but mentally it was the most guilt free McDonalds I’ve ever had! 😂😂

This is great 😂 I’ve never heard of this but funnily enough had my transfer today and decided to treat myself to a McDonald’s 😂
