Ivf fresh transfer

Hi there, I had my FET 10 days ago and have started bleeding more pinkish today after a few days of spotting & I’ve had really bad cramps all week. Does it mean It has have failed ? Plus I done pregnancy test and it’s negative . My test day is not till Wednesday and I’m I stressed out can anybody provide any advice at all x
