Self isolation advice

Hiya,

We are hoping to start treatment soon, have had funding confirmed so just awaiting call from the clinic. Just wondering what self isolation will probably be required around treatment?

Hi,

Aww how exciting for you! Our clinic is asking for 7 days pre egg collection and 7 days after. Not sure what other clinics are doing, ours is private.

Very exciting!! Our clinic have not advised to isolate at all, and just to be responsible and as safe as we can. Good luck xx

Yep, no isolation here either. In fact, I was teaching full time through whole process! Only adaptations were wearing a mask and my husband was only allowed with me at egg retrieval and transfer.

Our clinic didn't advise us to, but we ended up semi isolating from after our Covid test (do you have to have one?) till transfer. Just didn't want to risk getting covid and having to cancel the cycle mid way through. As we were both WFH we had that luxury. So we got our food shopping delivered and the only trips we took out and about were to places likes parks, country walks, drive through safari etc. Always bringing with us masks and sanitiser. Although think it depends where you live as people near us don't social distance at all!
