I was wondering if anyone can give me an approximate for how long between the initial consultation does the treatment start?

My first appointment at the fertility clinic with the consultant was in April 2019.

My husband had 2 appointments for a sperm analysis.

We had an appointment October 2019 with consultant to be put on the waiting list. Had our screening appointment November 2019.

We started our first round of ICSI January 2020.

Private or NHS? We had to go private due to our age.. it was about 3 months from first contacting the clinic to our kick off appointment for our first round, mainly because there was a waiting list xx

NHS. We were considering going private but then the NHS submitted our application and we got the call. We have to use donor eggs on account of my useless ovaries.

I had initial consultation and all tests for myself and partner in March 2020 and was going to start in April cycle but couldn’t due to covid, so started on may cycle and I’m now 7+6 pregnant. Xx

We did nhs and had a consultation in November. Had another appointment in December I came on my period in January but they couldn’t get me in so then they got me in february and started injections x

I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with all these forms to fill out :/.

Yeah it was really fast I was very surprised!! Yeah there’s a lot of paperwork and a lot to read 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ it is overwhelming the whole thing is but once you start it goes by super fast which is great 🤗
