Constant cramping 5 days late

Hi. I’m always on time, my cycle is 28/29 days. However I’m now 4/5 days late but I’ve had constant cramping since my due date. Today I feel nauseous. Has anyone experienced similar? Thanks

No, not yet. It seems too early to do one. It feels like it’s coming but it just hasn’t yet. I feel rotten, and tired today. Xx
