Hi Family am on day 9 after embryo transfer I want to go to the woods for a walk usually I could do 2 hours walk is it ok?? As I don’t want to get tempted to do early pregnancy test please help.

Go for a walk you will be fine just don’t do anything too strenuous xx
I think it would be fine to do less than you usually do - so if you usually walk for 2 hours, maybe walk for 1 hour? But if you usually walk for 4 hours, 2 hours would probably be fine. It's all about what your body is used to and how much effort something is for you given your general habits and fitness level.
