Hey miller, so sorry you’ve had to go through such a lot. Have you had ERA? Immune testing? (Haven’t had these myself but they were suggested to me), TSH levels, progesterone check on day of transfer? Lots of 💕xx
I mentioned the TSH and progesterone as these weren’t tested during my NHS cycle (which failed) but when I went private they found my TSH levels weren’t at good level for fertility so I’m on meds for this now. Also my progesterone was tested on day of transfer (had mine on Tues this week) and it was low so now I’ve added an Lubion injection once a day as well. Too early to know whether it’s made a difference but my clinic thought both were significant enough to add additional meds. Best of luck lovely xx
Ps if this doesn’t work, we’re gonna try ERA to see if timing of transfer is an issue. It’s been recommended by lots of people so worth asking about? Xx
Hi, sorry to hear about what youve gone through. As i have been through similar (mmc and multiple failed transfers). I am now starting medication next week to have ERA/Alice & Emma testing. I am nhs funded but paying for this test through my clinic.
Everything peanut chips said i also second. I havent had immune testing but have had my bloods done for clotting/thrombophilia screen, and we both had the karyotype blood test for any genetic issues. If you read up on recurrent implantation failure i found it interesting, there seems to be new investigations and treatments coming out more and more. I was also given a 4D internal scan to check everything looked ok. Hope this helps a little xx
I would ask them about the ERA test lovely. I had my test and it shows that I need to transfer after 144 hours of progesterone (6 days) instead of the usual 120 hours. It all seems to make sense as transferring just slightly off the 6 days too late or too early was when we got our BFPs. It is expensive but it may give you some answers so worth a thought. Happy to answer questions if you need any info.xx
