Nervous and mini excited

Hi ladies, this is my first post. It’s day 8 after my FET and i gave in and took a pregnancy test. And got a Super Faint positive line... can the drugs (Progesterone, Etradiol) give me a false positive? Should I ignore it and wait to day 14?

Hi! what a good news! I haven't done a FET yet but as little as I know with FET there are no hCG medications involve so if pregnancy test detects any hCG levels, it is a good news!

I know how it is and you don't want to be super excited...

Maybe you could do another test in two days xx

@mara84 thank you so much for the encouragement! This has changed my mood. Two days ago I was in the closet crying feeling defeated (just scared it didn’t work). I’ve had a chemical pregnancy, an ectopic pregnancy and 1 failed IVF cycle. So this is as far as I’ve gotten!

Neither of those drugs can give you a false positive so it sounds like it’s worked - just obviously air on the side of caution given your previous history ♥️

You won’t get a false positive from progesterone or a FET. If it were me I would check again tomorrow morning to make sure the line is getting darker but for now I’d say you can definitely be cautiously optimistic!! Congratulations! Xx

About 3 weeks before my FET, they put me on Estradiol and the Minivelle patches (2). Then a week before I started taking progesterone shots. They also gave me Prednisolone, a steroid pill the day before my FET to help aide with implantation. 😊

*Sensitive* Hi ladies, it is with a heavy heart to report that our baby’s heart stopped this weekend. I began to feel a warm discharge last night around 11:30 and realized it was bright red blood. Today the doctor could still see him 7 weeks 2 days but with no heartbeat. I am sad but still grateful to have given him a chance to live. I’ll need time for my heart to heal but please do not let this be discouraging to you!! Please keep trying... I still plan to eventually. Thank you all for your support! 💙❤️💜
