Spotting day 19 of cycle? Any help?

Just wanted some advice. Any advice on why I would be spotting on day 19 of my cycle?

I have endometriosis.

Hey Faith,

Just looking at your journey maybe it's worth taking a pregnancy test... just so u know if it's possible implantation bleeding. I have endometriosis aswel I don't get any mid cycle spotting. Sorry I couldn't be much help xxx

There are times I get spotting as early as day 19 until my period arrives- some months it’s all ok and nothing and others I get spotting. I think it’s just part of endometriosis unfortunately BUT if it’s brown then I wouldn’t worry too much x
