Monozycotic pregnancy

I just found out yesterday that i had a monozycotic pregnancy which is when the embryo splits and forms 2 pregnancy. im currently close to 6weeks pregnant with ivf. I was able to see the heartbeat of the one embro at 5weeks and 5days.i was told that they sharing one sac and in situations as such the one can take in all the nutrients and the 2nd is not able to get any nutrients in the pregnancy. I went in yesterday because of bleeding and they increased my progesterone. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
