Hi MIKA. Oh dear, not nice! You could try nibbling at a ginger biscuit before you get up in the morning, as ginger can help with the nausea. Trying to eat tiny amounts and often and keep up with fluids if you can. I'm sure the ladies here will jump in with their recommendations, so good luck. Hopefully it won't last too long. Diane

Hi Mika2019,

I wish I had better news for you but I tried everything and nothing helped unfortunately. Stick to plain carbs as that did make a slight difference and eat little and often. I’m 11 weeks now and it’s just started to wear off. It’ll be worth it in the end!xx

I had to do try cutting out different things until i worked out what was making me nauseous. I eat a lot of fruit and veg normally but ended up having to change to lots of plain dry foods to ease the sickness feeling. Weirdly bananas were the thing that made me feel the worst. I also found eating dry crackers before leaving for work helped too x

I’m sorry to echo what Kibo has said. I started experiencing nausea from 6 weeks and there was nothing that really helped except chewing gum and cold fizzy drinks (which isn’t the healthiest). However some people find that ginger biscuits help and or lemon juice/cordial. I was also advised to eat little and often. Unfortunately I still suffer from nausea at nearly 34 weeks even though I never vomit. Hope yours improves soon...x

I suffered from nausea right through the first trimester, was never actually sick but my god I felt terrible 🤢 the only thing I can suggest to get you through is to try and find something to graze on that will ease it for you, for me I couldn't get enough of salt and vinegar crisps, which I know isn't the healthiest but I figured it was my body telling me that there was something missing from my diet. Perhaps try something salty, see if it works x
