I had a FET on the 7th Feb and tested negative today 😒. Feeling numb as I was hoping for a different outcome. Does anyone know how soon before I can try again?

Thanks and blessings to everyone testing today. X

Awh pet , sending hugs 😘😘😘 I’m not sure about next round yet .

I’m hoping because my eggs were collected in October and I had failed FET at start of Feb that I can begin a new cycle in March .

Think if it’s FET you can go after the next real flow? Do you mean the next FET or new cycle ?

I’m sure some of the other ladies will be able to help .

It’s pure rubbish when it doesn’t work . Be kind to yourself for many days πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’–πŸ―πŸ―πŸ―β˜•οΈβ˜•οΈβ˜•οΈβ˜•οΈ

Thanks for the hugs RhinoCat. It is rubbish, especially as we were quietly hoping that this was it. I contacted my Dr this morning and he said that I can start the next FET after AF. I’m wondering whether to take a break or just go for it. I still have 2 good embryos left so 🀞

Thanks again xx

Sorry to hear that, negatives are hard! I had another one last week on my 9th transfer. It may well depend on your clinic and if you are private or NHS. My private clinic allow me to start again whenever Im ready if I have a completely negative test. Hugs.xx

Thanks for the hugs Cinderella5. I am with a private clinic; the trouble is that we did not talk about the next steps after a negative or the statistics of successful FET’s. I feel so naive thinking that it would work first time round. I’m trying to remain upbeat and positive. Thanks again x

Hi Domens. So sorry to hear this. Most clinics advise you to wait for a period that is "normal" to you before trying again. Hope you've got some support just now. Thinking of you. Diane

Hi lovely Domeris. Really sorry to hear about your negative. That's really awful news. πŸ™πŸ™ Sending you lots of love. This is a hard thing to go through. I think you can try again on your very next cycle. Can't see any reason to wait (unless you need the time mentally, which would be totally understandable). Of course you were expecting a positive. We wouldn't go through each cycle unless we thought it was going to result in a positive. Book in a review appointment with your clinic so you can discuss next steps. xxx
