Post laparoscopy (belly button & ibs advice please!

Hi Everyone! Im looking for some advice, i had a laparoscopy (Ovarian drilling & Dye test), im now 2 and a half weeks post op, incisions healed and I’m back to work and doing most normal things! Only weird thing is i keep getting on and off constipation? Doctor keeps saying it's my IBS but I've never had it like this!

i also get really weird feeling in my belly button every now and then, its not pain, its like, a twitching pain? i also find if my bladder is really full i get a weird sensation when i stand up.

anyway, my main concern is the on off constipation, it bothers me because my anxiety makes me think things like i have a hernia or a impaction or something! im not in pain, its just uncomfortable, did anyone else experience anything like this?? My GP said i can only have a routine appointment and that’s not till the 3rd of march!!!

Any advice is appreciated and please be gentle, i do suffer from health-related Anxiety/panic disorder Just looking for some reassurance that this is probably normal.
