I know I would freak out too โค๏ธBut try not to for the little creature thatโs snuggling into his/her new home ๐or creatures ๐๐๐๐awwwww
My clinic in Spain did not ask me to get them re checked, I did this independently for my own peace of mind ๐ I certainly dnt have peace of mind now!
I think there's still time for the embryo to split after it's been transferred. Or it might not be that at all.
We always find something to worry about, don't we? When I got my positive the level was really high (over 4000) at 14 days and I was googling high levels of Hcg to see if it meant something was wrong. We find it so hard to accept that something good has happened, that we've been the lucky ones for once. I hope everything is fine, I'd guess it is xxx
You are so right! I think we just expect things to go wrong or that something isnโt right! Itโs just wired into us. I would have worried if they were too low or probably just right๐ thank you ๐
I second what MissSaoPaulo said. My sister went through IVF at the same clinic we're now with. She had a single embryo transferred and it split inside her. She now has identical twin girls โค not intended to freak you out but it does happen!! Congrats on your pregnancy ๐ xx
No, dont stress on yourself out!! There are jo hard and fast rules! hCG levels can vary so much from person to person. Great news!!๐๐ป๐ค๐ป๐๐ปxxx
I thought I would stress if they dropped or didnโt increase much, I just did not have that figure in my head at all. Iโm now so concerned itโs not a healthy embryo, serves me right for getting them checked again today ๐ข
No, dont beat yourself up! To be honest, if you hadn't had then checked you would be stressing wondering if they are going up or down....they're going up and that's the best you can hope for at this moment in time! Hang on in there, you're doing great!!xxx
Oh and my hCG almost tripled in 48hrs with our first pregnancy like yours did. We lost the baby unfortunately due to low progesterone but the rate it increased by our clinic was really happy!xx
Oh really thatโs encouraging to know your clinic was happy with that! Iโm sorry you lost your pregnancy over something that should have been managed by your clinic ๐ข
Thank you!! It's just one of those things....a learning curve. I seem to have a high tolerance to meds and couldn't foresee that but have it sorted now! Can only hope for more success this time!xx
Thank you everyone for your quick responses, so optimistic and encouraging. I love you all....Iโm going to try and relax a little now and try not to think about it ๐
Oh so sweet ๐ gave me a giggle too thank you ๐
You are pregnant Gem5, congratulations!!!
Mine went from 25 to 90 in 48 h, that is more than double, and it was a single pregnancy. Could be twins but could also be a singleton, the important thing is that it is increasing at a good rate :-).
Mine was something like 343 at 12dp5dt and then over 1000 2 days later. From what I read online, such a fast increase has an extremely good chance of resulting in a live birth Basically, the faster the better... ( I am now 29 weeks preggars with a healthy singleton :))
Oh really!! Thank you so much that is amazing information and I really appreciate you telling me ๐ ๐๐ congratulations on your pregnancy ๐ mine gets there too x
