Hi all,

Well that’s my trigger injection done ✅ and booked in for egg collection on Thursday. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous but I know I will be ok and it’s all part of the journey. I honestly don’t know what I would do without this forum you all really help with understanding the whole process a lot better thank you 😊 xx

It’s easier said than done! I use the mindful ivf app I find that helps calm me down it might help u 😊 xx

I have downloaded the app but do not know which section to purchase. The free stuff are limited. Which one are you using?

I’ve been using the ivf start (let’s go) section that’s a free bit it covers a lot during your cycle it’s all I’ve needed I did purchase the anxiety buster section tho xx
