So I started spotting around 12pmand getting to fresh blood now tmi π and I wonder should I classify today as day 1 or tomorrow? π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°

Hi lovely, wishing you all the luck in the world for this cycle. My doctor always says day 1 of period is the first day of red blood, not spotting. Xxx
Thanks hun π The thing with me is I donβt get a day of spotting only but spotting and then straight to red blood so thatβs why Iβm so confused π
Ahh thereβs nothing like waiting to start treatment to put us on edge and get us confused! I think it plays tricks on us when desperately waiting for AF to arrive, itβs the only time mine is ever late ππ
Thanks hun. Iβm keep thinking is I should call the emergency number of my clinic but the only things thatβs stops me is that mine is not a tea emergency π
Iβd phone them! Explain you realise itβs not an emergency, but wasnβt sure what to do and need some advice. I work in the NHS and youβre being paid to be on call, so no big deal to answer the phone and give someone a quick piece of advice. Best to be sure hun as my clinic said as long as youβre fully bleeding by the afternoon thatβs day 1 so different clinics saying different things xx
I was told if my period came after 3pm then I should count Day 1 as the next day and if itβs before 3pm I should count that day as day 1. However I would advice you to call your clinic for peace of mind as everyone here will have different ideas on when Day 1 is.
Hiya hun,ah bless you. Have another scan Thursday as still showing positive tests and no proper bleeding really since scan on 27/12 where 1 sac was present still, despite 2 doses now of medical management 31/12 and 4/1 π the wait continues. Just had some acupuncture to see if that can help. How are you doing? Xxx x ππ
Awww get well soon π everyone around me is Iβll too and Iβm trying to keep away from them π
Thanks hun and I hope soon you will be back too and the next one will be your last one ending with what you most wish for!!!! ππππππππππ
I got way too confused today but a lady who uses my clinic reminded me that if periods starts after 12 we count the following day as day 1 π So starting my meds tomorrow π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°xxx
I never had medicated frozen so cannot be very helpful but I may have one maybe next month just waiting for Nures to let me know if or what blood tests they want up to date.... I had natural one last August and I do have option to decide which one to go ahead with...
Hun I fallow u all the way and I admire u for the strength u have because u went through so much and I wanna wish u very very Big Fat Positive .
Awwww that so nice of you. Iβm trying my best to stay as positive as I can even though sometimes I just feel like screaming my heart out π but luckily all the negative feelings and thoughts donβt really stay too long in my head. Thank you!
Iβm good thanks, no symptoms yet which is making me worry but probably completely normal at this stage. Going to the doctors tomorrow for my blood test, Iβve been to scared to take another home test just gonna wait for my bloods and I think Iβll ask for an early scan too. Maybe then itβll sink in lol
So you didnβt test at all after the two youβve posted? Well done that definitely saves you the anxiety. Try and stay calm and you have all my fingers crossed for you and will be looking out for some very good news!!! Sending lots of luck and positive vibes your way hun πππππ€π€π€π€π€xxxx
Thanks, I think about 2 weeks today but Iβm trying not to get too hung up on dates as things never seem to go to plan π and not sure if the early miscarriage will have thrown things out xx
Nothing ever works the way we want it isnβt it? But w shave to carry on with positive thoughts and endless strength π₯°π₯°π₯°ππππππ
π£ how are you feeling about this FET? I start meds on Friday for our last embie for this cycle too. Do you have any idea when roughly your transfer will be? We may be 2ww buddies? πxx
I donβt really know how I feel to be honest. After 4 chemicals all together in a row (2 conceived naturally and 2 from ivf last year) I donβt really want to put my hopes up. At times Iβm really calm and relaxed and then all of a sudden I feel quite anxious. But at the end of the day whatever happens, I can do my best and be positive and hopeful and pray for the best outcome. I think is all goes well my transfer should be around 20-25 January.
Totally understandable! So sorry to hear about your chemicals π’Itβs such a roller coaster but a positive you seem to fall easily...are they changing any meds due to your chemicals? I am feeling mixed as always, same as you. Excited/ nervous and anxious πI think my transfer will be around the 2nd week of Feb as I do long cycles. Letβs keep in contact and best of luck to you! Xxx
Nope not changing any meds or anything. They said my body responds well and they canβt really do anything about the chemicals.... I asked 10 times I managed to make them do bloods for Lupus and antibodies which all came back normal so they said we stick to the plan. So the only thing I have left is to pray and hope.
Oh bless you! Sounds like me (asking 10 times) Well I wish you all the best of luck and will be praying for you too I will do indeed - starting the Burserilyn on Friday and quite excited now...what are you on currently? xxx
If I learned one thing from this string is that thereβs not a standard βprofessionalβ opinion on the matter. The way I look at it is if you experience a normal flow, even if you started out the day spotting, itβs the first day of your period. Simplified common sense I think. Good luck with your little embaby!!!β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈππ
