It's Christmas day and I'm a thousand miles from people I know as we decided to try round 4 abroad. Been really brave & avoided crying to hubby throughout the injections & heaps of pills & throughout egg collection, which got us 8 blastocysts. Yesterday on day 1 of my period I was told my lining is too thick & had to be aspirated, I had never heard of that & it was quite painful but I braved it. Now I'm scared my lining will disappoint me when transfer day comes in about 16 days. I'm emotionally & physically drained.
How bad is a thick lining?
Will it be okay after this aspiration?
During my previous rounds I never experienced this

So on first to third day of cycle you should have 4-6mm
And on day of ovulation or 14th or 16 the day you should have 9-10mm
On the day of transfer around 12 mm to 14mm
These range seems normal not less or more..
Don't worry they will adjust your medicine accordingly and remember all cycle will be different for every one...
But you are all fit and fine to be mom soon and your little ones are waiting for you in freezer....so stay focus and all will happen in time...merry Christmas
Hi, I totally understand how drained you are but you have done really well to get some many blastocysts!!! Sending you lots of baby dust!!! Happy Boxing Day!!! X
