Hi everyone

Feel like I’ve lost all hope today! Been having brown mucus type blood (sorry for tmi) when I wipe since Thursday which would of been 5dp5dt, I’m praying that it was implantation bleeding but I’m still having it now?? It’s definitely lighter than it was but I dread going to the toilet as I’m sure it’s going more pink/red. I’ve had a thumping headache since Friday off and on and just a general feeling of it’s not worked! My breasts are a bit tender but exactly the same as they have been since before transfer and I’m on lubion injections rather than pessaries.

I’m not really sure what I want from this message but you lovely lot are really the only ones who really understand the head fuck of the 2ww, other than my husband! I haven’t tested yet as I’m honestly petrified it will be negative and my blood test isn’t until Thursday! 😩

Anyone else had anything similar and still got a positive? Feel like I’ve been coping quite well up until today xx

Hi Hun. If it’s dark colour then that could be from collection or transfer or old implantation blood. Please don’t give up hope. I know how hard this 2ww can be and it really is awful. If you are going to test early then use a first response early result test they are the best. I am thinking of you and we are here if you need us xx

You will be fine, that sounds positive so try and stay positive as long as it’s not dark red!!! Fingers crossed xxx

I had the shock of my life when I found exactly the same thing - panic set in but then after googling the hell out of it and speaking to friends they assured me it was implantation blood. It disappeared in a couple of days. Xxxxxx

Did you get a positive result? Yeah I don’t think I’ve googled so much in my life, not sure if it’s starting going pink now, just seems to be going on for a while as started thu and today’s Monday? It’s definitely a lot less than it was but wondering if I should call the clinic and ask if I need more progesterone as I have cyclogest left over from my last cycle so could take them alongside the lubion injections x

Yes I’m now coming up to week 10 - it’s still amazingly scary and until the 12 week scan tells me all is as it should be I’m spending everyday with a lump in my throat and the taste of pennies in my mouth for worry.....

Speak to the clinic to put your mind at ease and reduce your stress levels. One friend told me she had an implantation bleed for two weeks so it think it all depends on the individual....

I’m sure you will be fine, just give them a ring and when they say the same you can breathe xxxxxxx

I had that with both of my positives! This one started 7dp5dt and lasted for 4 days, I think. I’m 25 weeks now! Best of luck!
