We had transfer last Saturday and I started to bleed on Thursay. Nurse told me to carry on with meds until OTD. I dont know how I will manage to stay sane for one more week. This was our only chance. I feel so devastated...

I am so sorry to read this. I really feel your pain. This is completely devastating.

Try and grief, take it step-by-step, and once you have taken stock you can look at other options...there are many out there.

Thank you for your support, you are very kind. I just need to keep myself in line for next few days. Which isn't easy as every time I get to toilet I can see more blood.

I'm not surprised you are devastated as it's always gutting isn't it when you are really looking forward to something and get your hopes up only to have them crashing down and resulting in nothing.

I’m so sorry. It is so devastating. I bled before my OTD on my first 4 transfers, then on my latest round I asked for extra progesterone and they agreed to additional lubion injections and that was the first round I did not bleed before OTD. We still didn’t get our bfp that round unfortunately, but I feel like it might be one more piece of the jigsaw that might help us on our way and I’ll definitely ask for it again next time. Might be worth looking into if you decide to go again. But for now just take some time and take care of yourself. Sending big hugs xxxx

Hello I'm so sorry I also got a BFN today. It took us 5+ years to get to IVF because of other issues and surgery. It sucks doesn't it? Thinking of you and hugs. Sit with your feet up and find something nice for yourself to enjoy. XX

Are you sure it wasn’t implantation bleeding? Was it a 3 or 5 day transfer? I also had transfer last sat and started bleeding on thu and I rang the clinic and they said it could be implantation around 5dp5dt?? Don’t want to give you false hope but it might not be game over? It’s awful when we still have a while till test day isn’t it? I’ve got everything crossed for you! Xxx

I had 5day transfer and on Thursady clinic mentioned it might be implantation bleeding. But every day it's more and more. Last night I woke up with very sharp pain and more blood.

Today they told me to call them back when it gets heavy.

Hey Anna! How are you now? I hope you are feeling better. I am really sorry for your failed attempt. It's a very hard thing to deal with. I can understand your condition. I have been through that many times. But after this, you need to take some rest. You need to give your body and mind time to recover from this. When both of them are ready, you can start trying again. It's also better if you visit a fertility clinic and get yourself tested. They will identify the cause behind it and guide you on what treatment is best for you. I hope this helps you. Good luck!

Hi. I'm struggling at the moment. I haven't had my follow up appointment yet and I am still waiting for counselling. I have tried to keep busy to take my mind of it but it is not easy.

Hi Annalea! I hope you are feeling better. I am so sorry for your loss. This is so heartbreaking. It's not easy when something gives you hope and then in a moment, all that hope is taken away from you. You have to rest now, you need to give yourself time. Your body needs to relax, your mind needs to relax. After that whenever you think that things are good enough for you, try again. Don't make this stop you from trying again. I hope this helps you. Hey Anna! How are you now? I can imagine the pain you must be going through. I have felt like that many times, had a lot of failures so. This must be hard for you to get through but you have to do it. It will take some time and efforts but you will recover from it. Hi Lorrie. I have amazing family and they are there for me if I need them but I find it difficult to talk about what I'm going through.

I have planned few things to keep myself busy.
