Had a break but I am back

Afternoon all

Had a break from the group but ready to start treatment in January after failed ICSI cycle. It’s been almost a year since our first cycle. Any advice on what can prepare me for the next round?

Hi Elle! Welcome back. How are you? I hope you are doing good now. It's a good thing that you took a break between your cycle. Although that long of a break is not needed, but you know it better how your body works. Now that you are fully recovered, first things you need to check is that you are not drinking any alcohol and your coffee intake is also not that much. After that you also need to stay away from all unhealthy things. Other than that, you are good to go. You can also do exercise and yoga to make your body strong. Stay blessed. Take care. Good luck. Hi there! I hope you are feeling better. Welcome back, girl. It's good to have you back. It's a smart thing that you did. Took a long break to make sure your body and mind are ready for it. Some people don't take a break and keep on trying. That is not good for you. That is also quite risky, it can make some huge problems for you. You need to take a break, you need to give your body time to recover. I am sure you are also eating healthy and avoiding alcohol. It's good that you gave your body enough time to rest. If you don't give yourself time, your body won't recover. If it doesn't recover then the chances of your success are not going to be that high.
