Does anyone know a really good brand of numbing cream in the U.K.? I need to do painful injections so I'll need to numb the site beforehand. Or any to avoid

I used to use emla cream, you need to buy it from an online pharmacy but it’s easy enough to find 😀 x x x
Emla or ametop. I’m a kids nurse and we use these all the time. They need to be on about 45 mins before to work x

Bless u it not nice a. I still struggle with my injections. Not thought of cream tbh so is good idea. I use ice to numb at the mo.
