Just got back from my scan on this lovely, sunny Friday (I wish, it’s chucking it down here) and we are good to go with the meds for FET number 3 🥳🥳🥳
Cycle was cancelled at my initial baseline scan a month ago, due to a cyst that’s thankfully now disappeared. For various reasons this cycle seemed such a long time coming although in reality it’s only about 6 or 7 weeks delay overall. But as I’m sure you can relate to, I’ve felt every minute of it!
Hoping for transfer of 2 embryos on the 28th, all being well 🙏
Anyone else transferring around then? Xx

Hey Solly, great news that you've managed to get things off the ground again! I completely know how you feel about waiting, its painful isnt it! Im transferring on 31st July so will just be a few days behind you! Good luck.xx
Great that you are on your way after a delay!! Delays can really be a pain as we all live by our cycles now and every week of delay seems like forever!! I've just started my meds for our 4th attempt at FET with donor eggs so due to transfer on 29th so around the same time. Our last embryo! I'm on super dose of steroids this time so a little wired!! Hope the next few weeks go really well for you and your lining prep goes well. x
Ive had 2xBFN with OE. 2xBFN with DE then after using steriods I got 2xBFPs but lost them. So this will be my 7th transfer. Im currently on 8mg of progynova and an HRT patch every 48hr (this will be increased after my first scan) and aspirin. We will add in clexane nearer embryo transfer and start steriods (prednisolone), 20mg for 4 days then down to 10mg, will be doing cyclogest pessaries and lubion injections too. I have 3 embryos left in the freezer. Im almost 42.xx
Wow....you've really had quite a journey. And I'm really sorry to hear that you've had so many losses along the way. You must be a very strong person to have kept going....hats off to you...
I think DE is hard - you just assume it's going to work because you've taken the age issue out of the picture!!
Sounds like you've every med in there to help the embryo along - all you can do is hope that this time, this will be the one....
Thank you! Its not been an east ride, we were at the point of giving up when we got our first positive....well that just dangled a carrot! Im not sure we'll do anymore past our frozen embryos so hoping there is a magic one in there. Yes, I dont think there are anymore drugs to try so hopefully with a little luck.......! You're right there is high hopes for DE but for some that's not the case. Best of luck to you too.xx
Thank you and hope you’re goes well too. I just had a little laugh at your comment on your house being very clean 😂 I was like that on clomid, full of a wired sort of rage energy and scrubbing everything in sight! Good luck love xx
Yes if all else fails I'll have a clean house to drink wine in! Gonna try and use the energy to get lots of jobs done this month - it'll help pass the time!
Yey so pleased for you! So did that mean the cyst went away on it’s own without surgery? If so that’s also fab news. Wishing you so much luck for this cycle and for your transfer on the 28th ☘️🤞☘️ Xxx
It did, I went in thinking it wouldn’t have so it was a lovely surprise! Thanks so much - hope the rest of your 2WW flies by (chance would a fine thing I know) xxx
That’s great news - and such a relief I imagine that it won’t cause any further delays. Ha thanks yeah I wish time could go this slowly when I’m on my hols! 🤣 xx
Good luck! I have my third transfer coming up, first FET... Expected transfer around 23rd Oct. Last NHS-funded chance. We have MFI plus mild endometriosis plus mild adenomyosis so they'll only let me have 1 embryo at a time.
First cycle was chemical, second = BFP but lost in MMC at 8.5 weeks after 3 weeks of hyperemesis.
I should be having my (first) FET on the 28th 🤞🏼. This would be after a 6 month delay due to a couple of complications but I’m just glad to be back on track again. Good luck to you!
I just tested early and got a BFP! On 8dp5dt. Only symptom has been feeling nauseous last couple of mornings. I had hyperemesis last time I got pregnant (followed by MMC) so am pretty fearful but obviously very happy.
