Hi all, just did my first two sniffs using Synarel nasal spray, can't say it's pleasant, but do I prefer it to injections?! Time will tell. Anyway, let the process begin... Xxx

Hey!! I started my Synarel sniffs on 5th October so nearly 12 days in 🙌🏻 started my down reg bleed on Monday and it was agony on the first day but pain and flow has subsided a bit now. How are you doing? 😘

Thanks for writing 😃 I'm not too bad as yet. Not had my period, which is late for me so am keen for it to arrive. I know that down regulating can delay periods sometimes. No other real side effects. How's it going for you? Are you booked in for a DR scan? X

Hey! My period was a few days later than it normally would have come, the synarel can definitely delay it so fingers crossed yours will start soon 🤞🏻 what's it come to that we actually want it to arrive!!

I'm OK, just very very tired and having a few headaches. Just plodding on. DR scan is on 29th so a while to go yet. So ready for stims to start!

I do feel super tired, but I put it down to work?! I think it says it can make you lethargic? I know, bring on the period! I'm sick of them usually because they just bring sad news. But this time, it will be the start of the next stage 😃 My scan is on the 30th, so fingers crossed for us 🤞All the best, stay in touch 😃 xx

Yes I think it does make you lethargic, certainly has for me each cycle (this is our 3rd). I find that I'm super tired in the evenings so go to bed early but wake up really early as a result.

Wow we're at really similar stages by the sounds of it! Will definitely keep in touch. Although I wish non of us had to go through this, it is comforting to know there are people who know exactly how I'm feeling. Very difficult when you're surrounded by pregnant friends and friends with little ones (who I adore by the way) who, however hard they try, will never truly understand. I'm grateful that they do try though.
