Evorel skin patches

Hi all,

I’ve been told to take evorel skin patches for 3 days in a last ditch attempt to thicken my lining in prep for transfer. Anyone had any luck with this (especially last minute??)

Thank you 😊

Thank you. Were you on it from the start or was it added last minute?! X

From the start, but the clinic had concerns that my lining might be too thick for a fresh transfer, so it must be effective 😊

Thank you. I don’t think there is any danger of my lining ever being too thick!! We’ll see if it can work in 3 days!! Xx

It worked for me. I was trying to do a natural FET but my lining wasn’t thick enough so I used these. It was thick enough for transfer when the time came! x

This has made me so so happy. Even if it doesn’t work for me, at least I know it worked for someone! How long were you on it for if you don’t mind me asking? X

I’ve found it! Started them on 26th Oct and my transfer was on 2nd Nov. So it was a week, sorry it was slightly longer than yours... But it wasn’t looking good at all and all turned around xx

If you look at my posts I posted about it at the time and got a number of encouraging responses. Wishing you lots of luck xx

That’s great, thank you. I’m on them for 3 days and then have my next scan and then if it’s looking ok then I’ll start progesterone injections. My actual transfer won’t be until next week though. Literally keeping everything crossed. Thanks so much for checking xx

In that case that was like me, I started on Friday and was re scanned on the Monday and then they agreed I could work towards transfer. Keep me posted - wishing you all the best xx

Ive been doing evorel patches for my last two FET's. You'll probably know that my lining is a pain in the backside and although I still havent managed a super thick lining it has been a good quality lining. My clinic feel that trying to get meds into you another way sometimes helps absorb them better alongside the tablets. Good luck, will keep my fingers crossed for you.xx

Yep I'm with you on the lining front! I understand your frustrations. My lining is good quality too but won't shift from 6mm!! Thanks so much for your reply and your well wishes xx
