Hi everyone. We had our 12 week scan on Wednesday, words can’t describe how lucky and grateful we are.
I’m now 13 weeks and 1 day. Everyday I am scared, nervous and anxious. I was super emotional because we finally sat on the “pregnancy” side not the fertility/gynaecology side (both in same room just different coloured chairs)
Had a lot of tears, even thought this was our 7th scan!!! It just felt a little bit more like it might be ok and real.
Thank you to everyone for all your advice, support and comments. Words can say how much can’t appreciate them, it’s been amazing and such a long journey ahead but I am so grateful to where we are now.

Id at all possible - I know it’s like waiting in countdown - but you just try and enjoy yourself before the madness begins ! Just enjoying life after my first failed cycle worked wonders for me xxx
YAY!!! So incredibly happy for you and your partner. I can totally relate to all those emotions you are describing. Try and relax and enjoy the pregnancy as much as you can, I am 13 weeks 5days today and trying to do that. Currently on holiday in Santorini, eating, sleeping, relaxing in the sunshine. 😊 xxxx

You’re doing well! Honestly I really struggled with norethisterone it was one of the worst times on it lol it really did. You take care and be kind to yourself lovely xx
Yeh it’s just crazy how amazing and happy you can be when it goes right it’s the hardest journey ever hey. I’ll check what you’ve been upto now. Thanks for the kind words and all the help and advice along the way xxx

Aw thank you! I don’t know when I’ll feel like I’m ok to enjoy it and be able it to relax but still doesn’t feel like I deserve it it’s crazy isn’t it xx
Of course you do. ❤️ I felt better when I could feel the baby myself but I was quite late going this as my first so try not to stress about when that happens like I did too. It is so exciting xx
3rd April is my official date but I start to have a sweep on 20th March due to being a high risk pregnancy (due mostly to ivf) how are you getting on xxx
My date is 4th April! I too have had IVF. Been very fortunate so far that everything has gone (dare I even say it!) perfectly. Consultant is very happy so have a feeling he will just let me go to full term. Are you feeling well? Apart from a few aches and pains I seem to be coping fairly well xx
Brilliant news that’s just gorgeous everything has been well. Aw really, that’s great to hear. Definitely yeh I think when you know how lucky you are you tend not to dwell on the things pregnancy brings in terms of being uncomfortable and little niggles. There’s nothing more beautiful than feeling baba move it just amazing I wish could have this feeling forever. Xxxx
I know I feel incredibly lucky that this has worked for us. I know I absolutely love it too, even though he/she has started waking me up through night I still love feeling it. 💕 Take care of yourself in these final weeks and will be looking out for an update once baba is here xxx

Hey! I’m ok thank you, have my hysteroscopy Monday so hoping if all ok I can go ahead a couple of weeks later 🤞been a long time coming but this set back has meant I’ve met a great gynaecologist who has been so helpful.
Yes she has been amazing, advised me to have a natural transfer this time as meds may not agree with me etc. So I did a little test run with trying some things for my lining and had a scan with her and all was looking great except for this fluid 🙄 I feel like I’m in good hands which makes me feel better about Monday too.

It doesn’t feel real does it, honestly it doesn’t no matter how many times I see them or how big I get it, it just doesn’t seem real.
How are you getting on?? I can’t believe, got 6 weeks Friday left in work and 7 weeks Friday until my first sweep. Aw Scarlett13 its like a dream hey. Hope you’re well. Xxxx
Just seen 3rd April is your official date. My due date is March 8th but having a section Feb 24th at 38 weeks due to lack of cervix and TAC stitch in place. It’s definitely like a surreal dream! Love feeling movements. I’m doing really well xxx
