Little update: having my hydropsalpinx clipped today. Full GA which which will probably make me boff later but think this is the best option for us. Especially as it’s highly likely this has been contributing to miscarriages and subsequent lack of pregnancy.
Fingers crossed!

UPDATE;
so I woke up from surgery to find that they’d clipped both tubes meaning I’ll never be able to get pregnant naturally 😢 so devastated. I know it wasn’t working anyway so this gives us our best chance but I’m just feeling so bereft right now. Hence the 3am post.
This fertility thing is a total rollercoaster and sending so much love to you all going through it xx

Thank you Noodleone - we have some Frosties so will crack on with those next month, and I’m well aware that we are in a more position than we could be, it’s just s lot to get your head round. Hope you’re doing well xx
I only had collection last Monday and have to sit out until cycle after next due to OHSS. Seeing FS in 3 weeks to go through next steps (if our 4x embryos test ok which is my biggest anxiety atm!)
Ah that's a really massive thing to wrap your head around despite it ultimately being a positive step for you! I hope you recover from the surgery well, look after yourself X
It is 😢 but you are right. We’ll get there. But on the plus side, free contraception until the big M and I can throw away my charts... I’m pretty swollen today but resting up at home. When’s your next scan? Hope you’re doing well xx
Free contraception there's a positive spin !! How are you recovering? I found just an investigative laparoscopy sore enough you must be really whacked from your procedure! Plus the emotion side too.
ERM thanks for asking my next scan is probably not until the 12 wk one but I've got so much cramping which I know is normal but I can see us getting one done half way between the viability and the 12 wk one privately for some reassurance xx
