Hi pumpkins: my clinic suggested that I take them this cycle/ melatonin and cq10 to help with egg quality and dhea to help with follicle development.

Not sure if they do help, but this cycle has 12 eggs with 5 fertilised which is more than my last cycle. Hoping they’re good quality and get to blastocyst stage on Sunday x

Pumpkins don’t take dhea if you’ve pcos it raises testosterone.

There is a good book that talks about the potential effects of these supplements on egg quality called 'It Starts With the Egg' by Rebecca Fett. Ubiquinol can be bought here from a vitamin shop or Amazon (it's a specific form of Co-enzyme Q10). Melatonin and micronised DHEA can be ordered online from the US (I got them from Biovea.com).

You can buy dhea and ubiquinol off the internet ubiquinol is a supplement amazon has a good range. Dhea is a mild steroid I get it from healthmonthly others on here but from biovea just google.

You can buy good quality DHEA and Melatonin at Biovea.com

3mg of Melatonin per day and 3 x 25mg of DHEA is what my consultant recommended for improving egg quality, due to age and low AMH. Ubiquinol you can get off Amazon.
