PCOS and Ava

Has anyone bought and used an Ava bracelet?

I have one polycystic ovary so I’m thinking this might help with timings to give the best chance of getting timing right if I do ovulate.

It would be good to know if people have found it accurate and if it’s worth the money

I asked this as a question whether is it okay to take or not? The dr. said there is no harm taking it but its up to me. How did you get to know about Ava bracelet? Was it ur dr. or online?

Did they say it would be helpful for you? Yeah found the bracelet online, I will give it a go I think, nothing to lose in trying it xx

I just read about the bracelet. For me bcoz of pcos my cycle is so irregular that it will never work for me

No, I have not used that but would suggest a great book by Dr M Glenville: Natural Solutions to PCOS - I followed the advice (lifechanging) and no longer have PCOS. In fact, I am now a proud mummy to an 8-week old baby girl! xx
