Was wondering how come u don't have facial hair with PCOS!!! needed your lifestyle, diet details.... Some say it's hereditary but u said after ivf medications.... Better you do 1kale, 1/2beetroot, 1/2carrot and small ginger blend this detox and have it on empty stomach.... Might flush those excess ivf hormones... Update me....
It's good for pcos... As I have pcos ovaries size has shrinked after doing that detox... It's very helpful... Avoid everything just have beetroot juice on empty stomach.... It does miracle to your reproductive organs
Good advice! I’m a big fan of healthy cold press juices. Hard to drink at first but you become used to them after not too long. Especially when you understand all the great effects they can have on your body and hormones. I’ve got one I just made in the fridge, time to get drinking 🥬🥒🥕
Hi ELISEMAC can you please share your recipe please... Wil b waiting... Due to th is hormonal disturbances I'm trying to go natural diet so your detox recipe or any smoothie might help. Anyone!!! 😄
For sure! I have dealt with hormone imbalance for years, I have polycystic ovaries but without the syndrome (I didn't know that was a "thing" until fertility testing reveled it). My husband bought me a "slow juicer" years ago for my birthday and I absolutely love it. It has the benefit of keeping the temperature low when juicing (compared to old fashioned juicers) similar to cold pressing that minimizes nutrient loss.
Ever since then I have been creating juices with whatever veggies and herbs available. I never follow a juice-only diet as I am focused on eating a full and balanced meals to maximize fertility.
This morning I had a pretty extreme green juice (i.e. not delicious but very potent/super healthy) that contained spinach, kale, cucumber, celery and beets. I like to keep the sugar content low in my juices, but I know plenty of people prefer apples, oranges, carrots, etc to make it more appealing. When available, I love adding cilantro (coriander), parsley and a bit of ginger. I usually avoid lemon/lime as I sometimes suffer from acid reflux and like to keep the pH more neutral.
I do feel like it is hard to go wrong when juicing vegetables as each one has its own wealth of nutrients and benefits. This is a nice site to review some of the more common vegetables and their nutrient profiles healthline.com/nutrition/be...
But I know some vegetables are better for more focused hormone help. Here is an interesting one I might try out soon-- elissagoodman.com/breakfast...
Thank you good one really helpful... It's mostly same but I add apples and Oranges... But recently started metformin so need to avoid sugars on empty stomach... Hope it helps to manage my symptoms especially facial hair...
I have been considering this too! Can I ask does this also increase pubic hair as well as leg under arm and facial? It’s just something I’m funny about...
