Hi all,

I’m using an app since 4 months that can track my body basal temp.

This month the app highlighted the day in which ovulation took place, we had sex on day 9 and 10 which I think is good timing.

Although as you can see the temperature went slightly today below the coverline.

Is this normal ?

Hi ya, please don't worry about the odd out lying temp that's fine. See how it pans out for the rest of the cycle. Some people have a staggered/stepped rise so it's a little bit more up and down.

If you are really into charting I recommend the book how to take charge of your fertility it's super interesting and explains all about analysing charting. I actually used charting it as birth control for some time (hahaha)

Intercourse on day 9/10 is fine looking at your chart but do make sure to cover the day of the rise day 11 & day after too can't hurt. If there is any issue with sperm do go every other day instead....

Do try and have sex a couple of times a week throughout your cycle as you never know!!

Are you check your cervical mucus too?

I’ve just started bbt for “fun” lol just interested to see what occurs. I started on cd9 as just got thermometer my temps were

T 97.08 cd9

F 97.70 cd10

S 97.14 cd11

S 97.48* ovulated with cramps

M 97.80 cd13

Does this look normal?
