Feeling in limbo

So I’m currently waiting for my appointment at the EPU next Tuesday after being advised to stop taking my medication after 2 pregnancy scans (7w and 8w) where there was nothing developing from what they could tell. I was told I was likely to have a bleed and I’m sure she mentioned a delayed miscarriage. Basically I have no idea what should be happening as so far absolutely nothing is. I keep thinking I’m having cramps but nothing comes if it’s. Does anyone know how long something like this takes to happen? I’m really nervous about the appointment on Tuesday I don’t know what they are going to do or say. I really want this over with now but my body doesn’t seem to be reacting.

Poor you, I am so sorry. I lost our pregnancy at 6 weeks at beginning of the month. I miscarried naturally however they will offer you tablets or a small operation when you see them on Tuesday. Do a bit of googling to see which option feels right for you (poor choice of words) Good luck, you will be ok xxx

I am really sorry, it’s a horrible position to be in. I think they may offer you medical management to help your body start the process of miscarrying. Ask all the questions you need to and don’t feel pressured into making any decision you aren’t comfortable with xx
