50 day cycle, booked for bloods

Hi all, my first cycle failed as eggs fertilised abnormally. Had a post EC bleed a week later, but am now on day 50 of cycle. Always been regular, know I’m not pregnant and am booked in for bloods on Monday. Clinic hadn’t mentioned this could happen so have been extremely anxious about it, as so keen to start round 2. Has anyone else had this exp? I know the drugs can play havoc but I’m scared it’s not going to come back at all and I don’t get a round 2. I’m sure that’s paranoia, but clinic never give anything away on the phone.
