Clinics with minority donors / South Asian donors

Hi everyone.

I have decided that if my next round doesn't work, that it's time to begin exploring options. The donor route, specifically.

The difficulty for us is we are both south asians. Finding south asian donors (especially egg donors) is borderline impossible in the UK.

Most European clinics I have contacted do not have any.

Indian donors from India are often paid which makes me really uncomfortable.

What do minority women do when it's time to search for a donor? I have contacted Altrui, the Seed Trust and the Donor Conception Network. My searches have come up empty.

We do not have family or friends we could ask to donate for us.

Can anyone help? I know you can't mention specific clinics but if someone could send me a message, I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you.

I wonder if embryo adoption might be a possibility? Whilst there may not be many Asian egg donors, there may be Asian couples who have gone through IVF and have embryos left over that they have then donated?
