Although hard to have any faith I won’t lose these embryos too if I have any to transfer.
Am I mad to be thinking I need to consider surrogacy.
I was wondering how your lovely friend got on! That's a good wee start, obviously you're a bit disappointed and Im sure the recent news about your own pregnancy hasnt helped. Im willing those embryos on for you guys, you deserve some good luck! No, not mad to be thinking you need surrogacy....I wonder all the time if that's the only thing that could work for us too with our rubbish luck. However hopefully with the right embryo that isnt the case at all! Good luck over the next few days.xx

Technically it takes just one to stick and do it all for you... so don't be bogged down by the number. I know it sounds cliche but it's fact nonetheless. 
I'd say if you have 4 viable embryo that's good enough to get you pregnant provided everything else is ok and supports the conception and following pregnancy. I have a belief that if you've made it this far consider this a win as you're one step closure to the success. Yes, it could also take several attempts and try from here but in a way you progressed from where you were and not staying stuck being indecisive is problem. BTW why would you need to consider surrogacy? I mean not all IVF failures escalates to surrogacy unless you're absolutely sure that it won't work any other way for you. I'd say what has to be done have to be done... but for now feel optimistic about the embryos and go forward with the procedure with confidence and hope. Wish you luck!
You've had multiple MC's... is that what you mean? I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I'd still say surrogacy might not be needed as it can be due to chromosomal anomaly. Is this your first attempt at IVF or you've had it before? Did you get your embryos PGS tested? Well I personally think even if you have to get the genetic screening done out of your own pocket as an addition to your IVF regime it's always worth doing it. You definitely get an upper hand in terms of success that way cause your viable embryos are doubles checked and you get the best of them transferred. I can understand how you might feel but blaming your body or pity yourself isn't the solution. Also, technically you'll need more than a handful of failed attempts at IVF to get a sanction for surrogacy. No matter the land there's always strict rules for surrogacy to be authentic and almost all of them ask for proof than you cannot do it in any other way. I hope it doesn't get to it and you miss out on your gestation.... I assume it must be a beautiful feeling to miss out on. Wish you luck!
Your fertilisation rate is better than ours was and it worked for us so I have faith in your 4. Good luck for the dreaded updates🤞
