Hi all I hope you’ve all got the lovely sunshine we are enjoying here at the moment?

I’ve a quick question about lubion. Has anyone else taken this alongside cyclogest and did it make you feel like you’ve do energy at all?

I’ve got my viability scan on Tuesday and if all is well I will ask them about this then but I’ve honestly never felt this sleepy - I’ve had to sleep for an hour this morning and this afternoon and to be honest I can’t wait to go to bed! Just wondering if anyone else has had this side effect?

Thanks for reading x

I'm on both. I saw a heartbeat at my scan - suspect that's what was making me feel so sleepy. Don't think progesterone does that for you. Rest and everything crossed for you for your scan.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and you must be over the moon to see that lovely healthy heartbeat. Thanks for the reply I think if all is well I will ask on Tuesday xxx

Congratulations on your pregnancy!🤰 😁 I’m doing my first FET and on what feels like a massive cocktail of drugs, the whole thing makes you feel a bit tired! I’m taking 2 Lubion a day plus pessaries. Lubion is so expensive 😞 just wondering if you’ve found it cheaper than £9 a vial which is what I’ve been charged?? Thanks and all the best ✨ Xx

I agree it’s very expensive, we just bought through the usual way at the clinic but I have since read that asda might be a little cheaper? If all goes well on Tuesday I will need more so I might investigate this I think. Wishing you the very best of luck with your FET xxx

I called Asda and they said £8 a vial, even small savings are good! Xx

That’s good to know if fingers crossed we need to buy more. Every little saving helps doesn’t it?

I had an almost unmedicated FET in November (only the trigger shot, Heparin, and metformin for mild insulin-resistance, but no progesterone), and from week 6 of pregnancy on I was so sleepy that I was falling asleep wherever - even on the tram going for Christmas dinner with my colleagues! The tiredness eased after week 12 :)

I don't think it's the medications that make you sleepy, I believe it's the little one <3

Good luck with your pregnancy!
