Worried my progesterone is low!

Hiya,

I’m currently going through frozen embryo treatment and taking two cyclogest and one crinone per day. I have to take the crinone at lunch and then go for a 20 minute walk to help it absorb. I’m worried because I don’t have massively sore boobs like I normally would before period when progesterone has kicked in. I have to take the crinone on the toilet so I am not laying down I’m just worried lots is coming out. I haven’t had any lumps or anything. Sorry I’m blabbing on I just want it all to work as best it can! Thanks x

Hi Kirsty, the pessaries absorb into the body in 20-30 minutes anything that comes out is usually just the casing. You could always get a progesterone blood test done if you are worried, they are about £40 private. Hope this helps xx
