Please help me out

So my first hcg on May 4th was 340 my progesterone was 15 and the second hcg on May 8th was 1740...today, my ob/gyn checked my level on a whim and my hcg is 7000 and my progesterone is 5.0.....she sent me to the ED and they saw a gestational sac and yolk sack but no fetal pole...my doctor increased my progesterone to 2ml and add vaginal progesterone 3x a day....is it over for me? I think its over....Anyone ever recover from a low progesterone level and go in to have a successful pregnancy....My heart is broken

How far along are you? You may just be too early too see a fetal pole. I was told atleast 6 weeks xx

6 wks today but the progesterone scare me more

I have been told that foetal pole can be seen from week 6+1 (when is 1mm long) and this is how they date pregnancy (when it is 2mm is 6+2, 3mm 6+3 and so forth). It could just have been early. Are they scanning you again?

Regarding progesterone: as MissSaoPaulo said below, if it is has been ok so far, it should also be now that they increased the progesterone.

Hopefully it's a bit too early to see everything, as Cezza83 says above. My understanding is that the progesterone helps maintain your uterus lining and stop it breaking down and bleeding so if it's been ok so far hopefully now you're taking the extra support it will continue to be ok. I had progesterone tested 1 week after transfer and Dr wasn't happy with level and increased the pessaries, which I had to keep taking until about week 10 of pregnancy. We're now in week 29. Hope you're getting another scan soon to see what's going on in there and I hope it's good news for you xxx
