Ivf cancelled due to non responsive follicles

Hi ladies. I'm so down atm. I was on my 8th day and my Cycle has been cancelled due to the fact that my follicles were not responding to meds. I'm 38 years old. Has any1 else been thru this .. doc says we try again next month.. is it even worth a try??

I’m so sorry to hear that. My situation is slightly different but I had my first IVF cycle cancelled because I only had 4 mature follicles. I just did my second round with a different protocol starting with estrogen priming and increased meds. Unfortunately it didn’t make a big difference for me (5 this time) but I think it does work for other people. In my opinion it would be worth seeing what another approach could do. Hoping for the best for you.

Hi bextoliver. I'm being positive n starting now with day 21 (as explained by doc ..meds are a booster to what we will do from day 1 again) really praying n hoping for better results. Atleast u had 4 to 5 mature follicles. I didnt not have even 1.
