Oestradiol level day 8

I knooooooow we are all different but just wondered if any of you guys know what your Oestradiol levels were throughout your stims?

I’m monitoring mine & again, I know we are all different but just wanted to compare just to drive myself a little crazy 🤪

I'm not sure what 'normal' levels are supposed to be as mine were really high.

Started on 225 menopur, oestradiol rose to around 9000 on day 7. They reduced the dose to 150 menopur and oestradiol was >14000 on day 9. Dosage was reduced again to bring this under control but still had to freeze all. I can't remember the numbers after that but EC was as planned on day 14.

I have pcos and was at risk of ohss. But we got 19 eggs and 14 were good enough to freeze. Hope the stims are working well for you and you get good results. Xx

My oestradiol was 900 on day 8 of stims and 1550 on day 10. Did not skeak about it with the doctor, but assume it was fine, as I did a fresh transfer.

Thank you for your reply. Do you mind if I ask how it went for you? What numbers follicle wise were you seeing on your scans throughout the process ?

I’m 39, amh August 2018 0.94, one ovary, thyroid problems. Started with 6 follicles before stims. Did short protocol with menopur. 3 follicles grew better + 2 almost there + 1 vanished and in the end they collected 5, had 5 eggs, 4 fertilised and 2 made it to 5 day blastocysts.
