Can an extra days worth of injections make a difference?

I am due to take a trigger injection tomorrow and have two more injections prior. Will they make a difference prior to trigger and egg collection? Some of my eggs are still rather on the small side though the nurse said they were fine. Also, any recommendations on specific foods prior to egg collection? Any advice most welcome xx

I thought I was finishing my injections on the Thursday evening, but when I went for my Friday scan some of my eggs were still a little small, so I was to carry on for the Friday and Saturday night then I had my trigger shot on Sunday night. There was only 1 egg that wasn't viable out of the 20 that they collected from me, then I had 10 fertilised, but only 4 by the end of it, so they froze 2 and put the 2 best quality day 3's back in, now in my 2ww.

Hello Starfish. I only had 1 follicle at 17 on scan day. The other two were under 10. I had an extra 2 days of Gonal and the retrieved 3 eggs. 2 from 13mm. - 1 of those was mature enough to transfer so I think extra days can def make a difference. Stay positive. I am now in the 2ww
