Bike ride

Hi just wondering if a bike ride would be ok ? I had my 5day embryo transfer on Saturday 6th April, in my 2ww now would i be ok? Thanks

A nice bit of exercise out in the fresh air will get the blood flowing and plenty of oxygen into your lungs and your system. As long as it's nothing too strenuous it sounds like a great idea. Enjoy xxx

I had my 5 day ET on Monday 8th and am planning to go out for a ride at the weekend. Nothing too strenuous and will be swimming on Friday. My consultant says exercise if good to get the blood pumping! Just nothing high impact. Good luck with this cycle x
