Chemical pregnancy

Hi do since my previous post, my nurse thinks I've had a chemical pregnancy. I'm off the meds and have been bleeding heavily since Thursday with period type pains, but light headed at times. Is this normal?. "do I need a scan or anything?

How many weeks are you? Are they going to do a blood test to check your hcg levels? Or a scan? Hopefully your clinic

Will advise what’s next - or go to your EPU? I’m so sorry if this is a chemical. This recently happened to me but I was told there could still be a chance even with blood so you need this confirmed either way xxx

Hi thanks. I had a blood test ten days ago and hcg 37 then by last Monday had gone down to 11 so the nurse seemed pretty certain it was over,and took me off meds. My clinic is abroad so no scan or appointment
