Yes I had day 21 bloods they showed I ovulated. Diminishing egg quality

21 bloods test don’t show egg quality it’s progesterone levels

I had these done the Dr says the quality of my eggs is reducing I have heard about DHEA. Do you know anything about this
He’s probably saying it because of your age, egg quality naturally decreases unfortunately with age. Yes I’ve took DHEA with other supplements for 3 mths I had 2 mc and wanted to see if it made any difference to quality but unfortunately we mc that pregnancy. So I’m not taking it atm I took ubiquinol aswel I might try that again.
