Still hoping to get BFP...

Hello everyone!

I appreciate the chance to be a member of this group. It is important for me and my DH to have an opportunity to socialize with other people who are moving ahead of the same or a similar road with us.

I am 39 and have been TTC for the last 7 years. At 30 I had an ectopic pregnancy and 2 miscarriages. I had to pass all the necessary medical examinations and it turned out that my AMH - 0.3ng/ml. My gynecologist-endocrinologist told us that there are practically no chances to get pregnant. I tried 1 IVF cycle with my own eggs (two poor eggs/ no embryos/no ET). After the hard depression and treatment, we decided to go through IVF cycles with donor eggs. We’ve been looking for the right clinic for this procedure and stopped on the most suitable one for us in Ukraine. We are on the 2nd attempt. Our first attempt was negative, so now I am preparing for the second one. If it will be negative and in this case, I will have a chance to move to surrogacy.

Frankly speaking,

I am on a crossroad and do not know what to do next. I am really exhausted taking all these hormones and medications but strongly believe that it will work out and we will have our precious, long-awaited LO!

Dear SunnyDream, I am sending you a hug. You have been going through a tough time. I hope and pray there is light at the end of the tunnel for you. I also had BFN with own eggs at 39 and eventually succeeded with donor eggs. Praying that you have your own happy ending.

So sorry to hear all you've been through! You could consider a short break before your next cycle. I did that with my cycle and I'm in a better place physically and mentally now. Sending you hugs xx

Hi Olaz! Thank you for your support. It really helps! I think, I will make a sort of break after this cycle, especially, if it will be bfn again. But I hope that doctors, who work with me, will do everything possible and impossible to make my dream come true. I appreciate their work and believe we will succeed.
