Hello All

Just wondering how you all felt after egg collection? I have a real dull ache in my tummy and lower back - hoping this is just normal after the procedure?

Hi.. Had EC on Tuesday.. Felt OK afterwards but then a few hours later I was in agony. But the good news is the pains have improved so much each day. 2 days later I can still feel little pains but nothing substantial.

But it seems that everyone has a different 'normal' reaction. Just rest up today and drink loads of fluids to help you recover quicker.. Hope EC went well xo

Ah thank you .... should hopefully feel better soon. Glad you are feeling better too! No, unfortunately it didn’t go well, they didn’t get anything at all, so I feel a bit lost! Thought there would have been at least one egg in there xx

Hi Banbha83 had my egg collection yesterday, and felt rough, abdominal pain is a brute but feeling loads better today. It’s funny cause I was checking out aamiller405’s progress to see if I had similar symptoms.

I felt ok for one day and then aweful for a week. Paracetamol + hot water bottle + Netflix did help loads!
