Hello guys just came back from hospital a couple of hours ago and the sonographer saw the celeberrum which is good, i am 20weeks 2 days pregnant but when they measured the celeberrum it was show 18mm - 19mm which was bordeline. And not matching to my official date like it would show 19w1d and when she rechecked again it would be 20w2d. Abit wierd why that would happen.
She said the images werent that clear for the featus as it was still small (maybe the system they use couldnt see it all proper) and we have to go back next tuesday to see if the cerebrumm has grown. So hopefully all will be okay. Is there advice on how I can make the celeberrum grow or is that down to the baby!!
Could the celebrum grow another 1 or 2mm until tuesday or is that down the little girl we are having! Any advice guys would appreciate it 😊

They are trying to measure something that is quite small so the error in accuracy can be quite high if they miss by even 0.5mm. Can also be the machine that they are using isn't the best. Guessing they saw a good strong heartbeat and congratulations on having a girl.
Don't think you can do anything specific on making the baby grow apart from what you've been doing. Its good that they are bringing you in for another scan to ease any doubt and great that you have another opportunity to see your little girl x
It's sometimes very difficult for them to measure . In regards to the size/due date all scans can be an error of around 7 days either way and not 100% accurate as baby may move and machine not the greatest. Please dont worry about measurements at this point. As long as baby is well and strong heartbeat I wouldn't worry xox
